Singer
Krishnendu Chakraborty is a singer, song-writer and composer. Besides, he is a government school teacher in English. He started learning Hindustani Classical Music since his childhood days. He was fortunate to have musical guidance of Acharya Pt. Jayanta Bose. He is now a disciple of Acharya Sanjoy Chakraborty. Although a student of classical music, he could not unsee the hollowness of this mundane and make-believe world-a place devoid of morality and spirituality. He writes songs to express his anger and pity for men- an ignorant race sleeping with a smile in face. He is a pragmatist- his songs preaches pragmatism.
